1-2 tbsp of almond butter or 1/4 cup soaked nuts
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1/2 cup fresh or frozen non citrus fruit such as cherries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, peaches, pears or frozen bananas
Ice
2-4 oz of filtered water to desired consistency
use flaxseeds in up to 2 shakes per day
